Our client, a multinational distribution business in Shannon currently has a requirement for an accounts assistant to join their 5-person finance department.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Payroll (50 employees weekly – Micropay System),

 

  • Bank Reconciliations.

 

  • Credit control

 

  • General month-end reporting and analysis

 

  • HR

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous payroll experience preferred

 

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a general accounts role.

 

  • Salary – mid €20’s + benefits
